At the highest point from the Bolaven Plateau is the Laos coffee capital Paksong, you can taste there a real cup of coffee.
At Koffie's Coffee Shop there is also an organized Paksong Coffee Tour: A high informative tour where you are informed about the whole coffee process, from an empty space of land to different small coffee farms, nursing and processing coffee.

Guest houses.
Over the years many guest house have popped up across the Bolaven Plateau around Paksong in Southern Laos but not enough travellers to occupy them. Still with so many natural attractions there is always an experience to be had.
Extreme Trekking
In the deep jungle from the Bolaven Plateau is an extreme trekking with a difficulty level from 5 stars out of 5, its not for everybody, its only when you dreamed about it and you are in a perfect shape.

Hilltribes
On the edges from the Bolaven Plateau, high in the mountains are the hilltribes, but also on other places at the Bolaven Plateau are minorities.
Waterfalls
When you know that the Bolaven Plateau is a part from an ancient volcano and that the plateau fluctuates between 600 and 1350 meter above sea level its easy to imagen that there are great waterfalls
